Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy explains how Alignes may be used responsibly. It applies to uploads, prompts, generated outputs, exports, and any other use of our AI-powered tech pack workflow. Alignes is operated by Fundacja Firma Dla Każdego (Poland).

1. Intended use

Alignes is designed for fashion teams, technical designers, and product teams that need to turn photos, references, sketches, and notes into structured tech pack drafts and related workflow outputs.

You must use the Service lawfully, responsibly, and only with content and instructions that you have the right to use.

2. Prohibited content and requests

You may not use Alignes to create, request, upload, process, distribute, or facilitate illegal, abusive, harmful, deceptive, or rights-infringing content.

NSFW, pornographic, fetish, sexually explicit, or sexualized content generation or use is explicitly prohibited, including attempts to adapt the Service for those purposes.

Do not submit content involving minors in any sexualized or exploitative context.
Do not use content that infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or confidentiality rights.
Do not use the Service to harass, impersonate, defraud, or mislead others.

3. Security and platform integrity

You may not probe, disrupt, overload, scrape, reverse engineer, or bypass Alignes or other customers' use of the Service.

Do not upload malware, credential-harvesting content, or instructions intended to degrade system integrity, safety controls, or security monitoring.

4. Responsibility for your content and outputs

You remain responsible for the legality, provenance, and suitability of the content you submit and the outputs you choose to use or share.

You must review outputs before relying on them for sampling, sourcing, costing, manufacturing, or compliance decisions.

5. Enforcement and contact

We may suspend, limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account violates this policy or creates legal, security, abuse, or platform-integrity risk. Questions or reports can be sent to info@alignes.app.
