These Terms apply to your access to alignes.app, related applications, exported outputs, and any paid or unpaid Alignes services.

If you use the Service for a brand, studio, manufacturer, or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

Alignes helps fashion teams generate and revise tech packs, including technical drawings, measurements, notes, BOM foundations, and export-ready documents.

Because the Service uses AI and model-assisted automation, outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for production unless reviewed by a qualified human before sampling, costing, sourcing, or manufacturing decisions.

You may not use Alignes to violate laws, infringe intellectual property or privacy rights, upload malicious code, probe or disrupt our infrastructure, or interfere with other customers' use of the Service.

You may not use Alignes to generate, adapt, upload, request, or distribute NSFW, pornographic, fetish, sexually explicit, exploitative, hateful, or otherwise abusive content, including attempts to repurpose the Service outside its intended fashion workflow.

We may suspend, rate limit, or terminate access if we reasonably believe an account creates security, legal, payment, abuse, or platform integrity risk.

You keep ownership of the images, sketches, notes, measurements, comments, and other material that you submit to the Service. You give us a limited license to host, store, process, transmit, and transform that material so we can operate, secure, and improve the Service for you.

We keep all rights in the Alignes software, site design, branding, and product materials. Feedback you share about the Service may be used by us without restriction or compensation.

Subscriptions renew automatically on the cadence shown at checkout (usually monthly) unless you cancel before your renewal date. We do not currently offer a free trial.

Top-ups (credit packs) are one-time purchases, not subscriptions, and never auto-renew.

Card and wallet payments may be handled by the merchant of record or payment partner shown at checkout or on your receipt. Your receipt, taxes, or statement descriptor may reference that provider.

Alignes is an independent product. Any reference to a merchant of record or payment partner is solely to explain how a transaction is processed or documented.

You may stop using the Service at any time. If subscription or billing controls are available in your account or on your receipt, you can use them to manage future renewals. If you do not see a cancellation path, contact info@alignes.app and we will help route the request through support. If you cancel a paid subscription, the cancellation applies to future renewals and your access continues through the remainder of the paid term unless we state otherwise at checkout or in-product.

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the last-updated date.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or guaranteed results.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, or manufacturing losses arising from your use of or reliance on the Service. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
