Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains how refund requests are handled for Alignes subscriptions and top-ups. Alignes is a digital AI SaaS product, and access, credits, or generation capacity may be made available immediately after purchase or renewal. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case, and nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights.

Because Alignes provides digital services and digital content, purchased access, credits, or generation capacity may be delivered or begin performing immediately after payment is confirmed.

Nothing in this policy limits any mandatory consumer or commercial rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

2. Canceling a subscription

You can cancel future renewals at any time before your next billing date. Cancellation stops the next renewal charge and normally lets you keep access through the remainder of the current paid term.

If subscription or billing controls are available in your account or on your receipt, you can use them to manage future renewals. If you do not see a cancellation path, contact us at info@alignes.app and we will help route the request through support.

3. When refunds may be granted

Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case. We may approve a refund for a duplicate charge, accidental duplicate payment, clear billing error, prompt accidental purchase, or a technical failure that meant paid access, credits, or deliverables were not provided in a usable form and could not be corrected within a practical timeframe.

If a refund is approved, it is typically returned to the original payment method through the merchant of record or payment partner that processed the charge.

  • Prompt reports give us the best chance to investigate and help.
  • Unused top-ups or clearly unused purchases may be refundable where commercially appropriate and where not inconsistent with delivered value.
  • We generally ask that refund requests be submitted within 14 days of the charge date, but this timing guideline is not a blanket promise of a full refund after digital value has been delivered or consumed.
  • Approved refunds may still take additional bank or card-network processing time to appear.

We also generally do not refund time, usage, or value already delivered through an active subscription term, generated outputs, consumed product access, or top-up credit packs where purchased tokens or credits have already been used.

Where digital services, credits, or generation capacity were made available immediately and then consumed, refund eligibility is typically reduced or unavailable to the extent permitted by law because performance has already started or the purchased value has already been used.

5. How to request a refund

Email info@alignes.app with the account email, charge or purchase date, receipt or invoice details, and a short summary of the issue. If the charge was processed by a merchant of record or payment partner, include the receipt details if available so we can review the correct order quickly.

We may ask for clarifying details needed to investigate the request, including the plan purchased, renewal timing, and the nature of the service or billing issue.

6. Chargebacks, fraud, and policy updates

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, contact us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend accounts associated with fraudulent or abusive payment activity while we investigate.

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with a revised last-updated date.

7. Top-ups and token packs

Top-up credit packs are one-time purchases rather than subscriptions, and they may be delivered to your account immediately once payment is confirmed.

Unused top-up packs may be refundable case-by-case where commercially appropriate; used top-ups are generally not refundable because the value has already been delivered and consumed.
