1. Plans, top-ups, and receipts
Alignes may offer recurring subscription plans and one-time top-up credit packs. Subscription pricing, timing, taxes, and renewal cadence are shown during purchase.
Your receipt, invoice, tax treatment, or bank descriptor may reference the merchant of record or payment partner that processed the charge.

2. Renewals and cancellation routing
Subscriptions generally renew automatically unless they are canceled before the next billing date. Top-up credit packs do not auto-renew.
If subscription or billing controls are available in your account or on your receipt, you can use them to manage future renewals. If you do not see a cancellation path, email info@alignes.app and we will help route the request based on your purchase flow.

3. Refund and charge questions
Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case under the Refund Policy and any non-waivable statutory rights. We do not promise blanket refunds for used credits, consumed access, or completed service value.
If you believe a charge is incorrect, duplicated, unauthorized, or otherwise requires review, send us the account email, purchase date, and receipt details so we can investigate.
Section 04
4. Taxes, invoices, and business records
Taxes may be added where required by law. If a merchant of record or payment partner handles the charge, invoice and tax fields may be issued by that provider rather than directly by Alignes.
Business customers should keep the original receipt or invoice issued for the transaction in their records.
